Jester’s Chest ships within India only and uses the most reputable Courier Services. We deliver to most parts of India within 7 to 10 days. All our couriers are insured. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest, Jester’s Chest cannot be held liable for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you know when to expect it!!!

Returns & Exchange:

Jester’s Chest uses only Reputed Courier Services and the parcels are all insured while in transit. In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on info@jesterschest.com within 24 hours of receiving it along with images of the damaged product to claim the insurance and exchange it. We request you to kindly, check and report any damages immediately upon the delivery of the ordered items.

If a genuine issue of an exchange is the case we will either replace the product or provide you with Store Credit. Only goods with manufacturing defects will be exchanged. We do not furnish refunds.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed it can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at info@jesterschest.com to generate a request, we provide Store Credit on a case to case basis.
